1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9ab website, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all games, services and features available on 9ab, including live casino, slots, sports betting, cricket markets, promotions and the VIP programme.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and play at 9ab, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or associate of 9ab or any affiliated entity
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law — it is your sole responsibility to verify this

9ab may request identity verification documents at registration or at any point thereafter. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 9ab. If you discover that you have accidentally created more than one account, you must notify support immediately. 9ab treats undisclosed duplicate accounts as a breach of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
• Not sharing your account credentials with any other person
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
• Notifying 9ab immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• Not allowing anyone else to use your account or make deposits or bets on your behalf

9ab cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. If you contact support promptly upon suspecting compromise, 9ab will investigate and take appropriate steps to secure the account.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits at 9ab are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of making a deposit and may vary by payment method
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed instantly; bank transfers are subject to inter-bank processing timelines
• 9ab does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently
• Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder may be held pending verification
• 9ab reserves the right to request proof of deposit method ownership before processing withdrawals

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 9ab are processed same-day under normal operating conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You must have completed all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit where possible — this is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all players
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of making a request and vary by payment method
• 9ab does not deduct fees from the withdrawal amount on its side; provider fees charged by JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank are outside 9ab's control
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• 9ab reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawal amounts
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name will not be processed

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9ab offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), time limits and maximum withdrawal caps are stated on each promotion page and must be read before claiming
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only — one per household, device and IP address
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been exhausted, unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion
• 9ab reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including opening duplicate accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions or coordinating play to exploit bonus structures — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure
• Free spins winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as stated on the relevant promotion
• Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 9ab — including slots, live casino, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. 9ab presents these games through licensed software providers and does not control individual game outcomes.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for non-live games and by real-world events for live dealer and sports markets
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, 9ab's system records will be used to determine the outcome of the round or bet at the point of disconnection
• Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed — please check your stake and selection before confirming any bet
• Cricket betting markets for PSL, T20 internationals and other fixtures are subject to the specific event rules stated at the time of the market opening
• 9ab reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market that was offered in error or at clearly incorrect odds
• Maximum bet and win limits apply per game and per session; these are displayed within the game lobby and on individual game screens

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9ab and will result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of any balance where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (including under a different name or payment method)
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors — any winnings obtained through a known technical error are void and must be reported to support
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated play, chip dumping or any form of collusion
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 9ab staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or similar tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to any other person

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or wallet provider
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated by an underage player

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or contact support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and access to the platform will be restricted within 24 hours of confirmation.

Upon account closure initiated by 9ab for breach of terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be voided. Real-money balances that are not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned through the original payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

10 Privacy & Data

9ab collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Registration data (name, date of birth, contact details) is collected and stored securely
• Payment information is processed through secure payment gateways and is not stored in full on 9ab's servers

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings arising from use or inability to use the platform
• Technical failures, server downtime or interruptions caused by factors outside 9ab's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Errors in game outcomes caused by certified RNG systems operating within their published parameters
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions

Nothing in these Terms limits 9ab's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to Terms

9ab reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 9ab will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance — typically via email or a notice displayed on the platform. Minor changes may be made without prior notice.
